What is the quality of the artworks?

All original paintings are unique, handmade and created by the artist with the highest quality of materials that remain over time.

All prints are created with gallery quality Fine Art paper, with a matte finish that look very real as if almost handpainted because of its high quality.

How do you ship the packages?

We always guarantee perfect delivery. Packages are sent in a very safe packaging with tracked and insured shipping. They are delivered to the nearest postal office or with home delivery. 

What is the cost of shipping?

You can easily see the shipping cost to your specific country at the checkout. If you cannot see your country or desire a quote for another shipping alternative, please contact us.

What is the delivery time?

Normally, the delivery time is approximately 1-3 weeks, but it can be shorter or slightly longer depending on specific periods and countries for international shipping. Please allow some days for safe packaging. If you have an especially urgent order, please send us an email.

How do I know if my package has arrived?

Packages are shipped with tracking, and you will receive a notification via SMS when the package has arrived. Please provide your email and phone number when placing your order. Contact us if your delivery has not arrived within two weeks.

How is the artwork delivered?

Prints are delivered in a safe roll in a tube or box ready for you to place in a frame of your choice, such as art glass or other option upon arrival.

Original paintings are delivered ready to hang on the wall within Sweden (and to some other countries when we consider it safe depending on size etc.).

Usually for international shipping, the canvas painting will be removed from its stretcher bars and rolled up in a tube, which is the preferred option at the checkout. Once it arrives, it can be taken to a local framing store for restretching. This costs usually only about 50-100 EUR. This method ensures the artwork is transported safely and is also cheaper.

If you prefer your artwork to be delivered stretched on its canvas bars, please contact us for a price estimate on the shipping costs to your country and city.

Do you accept returns?

If the artwork is not customized, You can return your artwork within 14 days. The artwork is very sensitive and must be handled with care, be returned in perfect original condition as when initially sent and be shipped in the original pagaging. Therefore it must have been opened carefully. Please note that all shipping costs are paid by the customer. If you wish to make a return for any reason, you first need to contact us on [email protected]. If there would be any marks on the external packaging upon delivery, these must be documented with pictures and sent to us before opening for the insurance to apply and all packaging must be saved. Prints are created upon order with customized size preference whereas not subject to returns.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, you can pay with a credit card, such as VISA or Mastercard, and also some other payment options available at checkout depending on your country.

Can I pay in my currency?

Yes the currency displayed will be converted in the checkout when choosing your country and payment method. The Swedish currency 1000 SEK is approximately 88 EUR. Please note that we are not responsible for any applicable import tax or duties that may be added by your country outside EU.
